Return & Exchange Policy - Avax Apparels & Ornaments

At Avax Apparels and Ornaments, we are a renowned name in the textile industry, offering premium quality women’s wear, ethnic wear, festive collections, wedding collections, and accessories. Sometimes, the size, color, and design may not meet your expectations. We have aligned our return and exchange policy for easy returns and exchanges, making the user experience smooth and fair on both ends.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. 
  • The products must be unused and unwashed and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact with them. 
  • In case of any signs of usage, damage, or alteration, we at Avax Apparels reserve the right to decline the return request.

2. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

In case. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 1 day of delivery.
  • Provide the proper and clear images and order details with the support team. 
  • After verifying all details, we will approve the replacement or refund for the order placed.

3. Refund Policy

  • For prepaid orders, the refunds will be transacted to the original payment method.  
  • For COD, cash on delivery orders, the refunded amount will be transacted to the AVAX wallet, which you can use any time. 
  • The refunded amount will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after proper verification and approval of the refund amount.

4. Exchange Policy

At Avax Apparels & Ornaments, the exchanges are allowed for any size issues or product replacement based on its availability. If the requested product is not available, customers can choose the alternate product, store credit or a refund after approval. 

5. Sale & Promotional Products

Products available during the special sales offer, clearance, or promotional offers can be eligible for exchange offers also. Products purchased with free gift offers that will be returned or exchanged as a complete set.

6. Non-Returnable Items

In some cases, the products that are marked as non-returnable on the product page will not be refundable. The jewelry and accessories will not be able to be returned because of hygiene and safety reasons. The innerwear or any intimate wear will not be returned. Any customized or altered products will never be returnable.

7. Shipping Charges & Reverse Pickup

In case of reverse pickup, Avax and Apparels can serve only easily accessible locations. For the locations that are unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product in reverse. Frequent returns will lead to reverse shipping charges that will range up to Rs 200 that will be deducted from the refund amount. 

8. Avax Loyalty 

The membership customers that are loyal and potential customers will be eligible for extended returns. They can have extended timelines for returning their purchased products as per membership benefits.

9. Process to Request Return or Exchange

When applying for a return or exchange, you need to follow these steps

  1. Send an email to our support team at  customercare@avaxapparels.com
  2. If the you do not receive any reply from the mail you can contact on the whatsapp number after waiting for the 2 days 
  3. You need to provide: 
  • Order Number
  • Product Details
  • Reason for Return 
  • Product Images 

Our support team will respond within 2 working days.

10. Important Notice

  • We will start the refund processing after the product quality check. 
  • The time frame varies for exchange orders on the product availability in stock. 
  • Avax Apparels has the right to modify this policy without any notice.
